roots out west real estate
When attorney-turned-broker Candy launched her own real estate company, she wanted a brand that reflected the real meaning of home: comfort, connection, and belonging. Roots Out West isn't about square footage — it's about the stories written around breakfast tables, on porches overlooking the plains, and in front of fireplaces at the end of a long day. The name says everything: Wyoming grit meets Western charm, and the places we grow from and the ones we build.
We drew inspiration from hospitality, nostalgia, and the small rituals that make a house a home. The goal was a brand that felt as trustworthy as a handshake and as warm as a front porch — professional enough to earn confidence, personal enough to earn loyalty. The vintage key at the heart of the logo does double duty: unlocking doors, yes, but more importantly, opening the door to a place you belong.
Color Palette → Black, forest green, taupe, cream, and terracotta — hues that feel timeless, warm, and distinctly Western without trying too hard to be either.
Typography → Elegant serif paired with handwritten script, mirroring Candy's own balance of legal expertise and genuine empathy.
Textures & Materials → Plaid, leather, brass, and linen — tactile references that turn familiarity into a design language.
Tone of Voice → Friendly and informed — the kind of agent who brings both confidence and warmth to every conversation.
